15-0026 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Urban Design Consulting Engineers, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional work to cover unforeseen conditions found at the corporate yard during construction in conjunction with the 955 High Street Paving Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $15,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $175,150.00 to $190,150.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
