15-0011 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Maintenance Services between District and Star Elevator, San Carlos, CA, for the latter to provide monthly maintenance, equipment repairs, emergency callback services throughout the District, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing January 1, 2015 and concluding no later than December 31, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $220,000.00.
