14-2275 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional Enrichment Program Instructor for sports and recreation activities for the After School Program for 20 hours per week for 38 weeks, for the additional amount of $9,100.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $80,435.00 to $89,535.00, at Think College Now Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
