14-2158 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide direct services in the After School Program by developing the cypher model by providing in and out of the classroom support and training for all staff using restorative process and practices at Bret Harte Middle School, for the period of July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015, in the additional amount of $12,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $201,324.00 to $213,324.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
