14-2402 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Girls Incorporated of Alameda County, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: Professional Development for Home and Hospital Director and teaching staff; monthly 90-minute sessions with entire Home and Hospital team; ongoing mental health consultation for the Home and Hospital department; and identification and development of a problem-solving framework for mental health challenges faced by Home and Hospital teachers, for the Alternative Education Office, for the period November 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $10,300.00.
