14-2355 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop a physical activity program that offers Kindergarten through 5th Grade students' physical and creative activities by way of strengthening the students minds and bodies through leadership and sportsmanship team building, self-esteem and developing gross motor skills within the structured time limits during the day, at Esperanza Elementary School, for the term of September 29, 2014 through June 11, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $14,000.00.
