14-2503 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform asbestos and lead surface surveys in accordance with, local, state and federal regulations at the subject property in order to determine the presence of asbestos containing materials, lead-based and lead containing paints, if any, that may be disturbed during the planned demolition work, in conjunction with the Foster Elementary School Central Commissary Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing January 14, 2015 and concluding no later than December 14, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $36,410.00.
