14-2498 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, to cover additional fees for geotechnical observation and materials testing in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle School Paving Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $4,620.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $20,822.00 to $25,442.00 and extending the Contract date of May 29, 2014 through December 31, 2014 to December 31, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
