14-2259 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Sonia Kreit-Spindt, Oakland, CA, for the latter to analyze student's performance data and use this information to collaborate with teachers to develop enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs of our target students and develop equitable access to the curriculum, develop and participate in effective formats to provide information to parent, implement and assess an intervention program for identified students using both push in/pull out formats, at Peralta Elementary School, for the term of September 30, 2014 through June 10, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $28,000.00.
