14-2134 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and MBA Project, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an MBA Project Instructor for a total of 263 hours; will provide weekly group sessions focusing on mindfulness and emotional literacy using a rites of passage curriculum; develop a capstone project to be presented by each youth in the program; and provide one-to-one mentoring for all students at Community Day School, for the period August 1, 2014 through June 12, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $10,545.00.
