14-2232 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Geosphere Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, to provide site-specific fees for seismic ground motion analysis in conjunction with the Madison Middle School Expansion-New Contract Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $4,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,300.00 to $19,300.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
