14-2230 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract (CUPCCAA) between District and De Kay Demolition and Clearing, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide emergency repair to existing storm drain broken during portable demo work; installation of ten (10) linear feet of new pipe and coupling, excavation, and patch back, in conjunction with the Various Portable Removal Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing November 19, 2014 and concluding no later than December 19, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $7,485.00.
