14-2229 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract (CUPCCAA) between District and Ray's Electric, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide connection of utilities of one modular classroom building, including but not limited to: electrical service, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, intercom / phone / clock / PA, asphaltic ramp, chain link fencing, painting and plumbing, in conjunction with the Madison Middle School Expansion - New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing November 19, 2014 and concluding no later than December 19, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $85,388.00.
