14-2091 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract between District and O.C. Jones & Sons, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to replace existing drainage pipe and adjust AD #4 for proper drainage; replace existing gas lines (the main gas lines throughout the site were found to be closer to the surface than indicated on survey plans) in conjunction with the 955 High Street Paving Project in the amount of $58,719.00, increasing the Agreement from $569,600.00 to $628,319.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
