14-2113 Ratification by Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Patrice Clark, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 100 hours of supplemental Title I instructional services for eligible and identified private schools students; focus on instruction that improves student academic achievement in the target areas of English Language Arts, Reading, and Mathematics; utilize the standards-based instructional program which includes a variety of effective instructional strategies, and techniques, and provide other services described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at St.Vincent's Day School, for the period September 25, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $4,100.00.
