14-2107 Approval by the Board of Education of a Community Based Organization Master Contract between District and Alameda County Public Health Department, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide services to implement a Teen Pregnancy Program to prevent and/or reduce teen pregnancy by working collaboratively with youth, teachers, school based health centers, school day and after school staff, and community service providers to coordinate and deliver evidence-based curriculum at Ascend, United for Success, Urban Promise Academy, Bret Harte, Alliance, Elmhurst Community Prep, Madison, Frick, Roosevelt, West Oakland, Edna Brewer, Montera, Westlake, Claremont, Melrose Leadership Academy, Coliseum College Preparatory Academy (CCPA), and Roots Schools, for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, at no cost to the District.
