14-2087 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide review of documents, submit final verified report (DSA 6-PI) for projects not closed out with the Division of State Architect (DSA), in conjunction with the Various Portables Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing October 22, 2014 and concluding no later than June 30, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $3,600.00.
