14-1859 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution 1415-0087 - Authorizing the District to piggyback County of San Mateo Resolution 20130910 adopted by the County Board on September 10, 2013, approving the Master Subscription Agreement with Workday of Pleasanton, CA, effective September 10, 2013, said agreement providing for subscription services for Workday's SaaS (Software as a Service, cloud based solution) and authorizing the District to execute an agreement with Workday, for the term of September 15, 2014 to June 30, 2017 to provide the Workday Subscription Service to the District, at a sum not to exceed $622,147.00 through implementation.
