14-1971 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Lease Agreement between District and Emery Unified School District, Emeryville, CA, for the latter to provide lease of Santa Fe Elementary School to the Emery Unified School District for an additional six months in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $250,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,500,000.00 to $1,750,000.00 and extending the Contract date of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement remain in full force and effect.
