14-1970 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Division of State Architect (DSA) inspections for all construction activities in conjunction with the Madison Portable Installation Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $7,650.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $11,390.00 to $19,040.00 and extending the Contract date of March 27, 2013 through March 13, 2014 to September 25, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
