14-1714 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide sampling of stock-piled excavated soil from excavation for hazardous materials in conjunction with the Maxwell Park Retaining Wall Replacement Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,950.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $3,448.00 to $7,398.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
