14-1728 Approval by the Board of Education of an Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its Menu Option B-Lead Agency Unit for Elementary School Arts, Recreation, Leadership and Family Literary activities in its capacity as a Comprehensive After School Program Lead Agency at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $133,412.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions as specified in the MMOU.
