Seems like District lawyers had a problem meeting the new law requirement that charter authorizer gives primary consideration to achievement in making revocation decision on American Indian Charter Schools. Not good sign of efficacy of District lawyers that two Judges found lacking evidence of the Board giving required weight to achievement in making their decision in the District lawyers' presentation before the courts.
