14-1637 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Pre-Construction Services for the Construction of the Whittier Elementary School Expansion - New Construction Project between District and Cahill/Focon Joint Venture, Oakland, CA, subject to form and content approval by General Counsel, for the contractor to provide pre-construction services in conjunction with the Whittier Elementary School Expansion - New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 14, 2014 and concluding no later than June 1, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $156,915.00.
