14-1628 Approval by the Board of Education of the Facilities Use Agreement Between the District and Yu Ming Charter School for use of Golden Gate Child Development Center, 6232 Herzog Street, from August 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016, with an option to extend for one additional year, at the in lieu Proposition 39 rental rate of approximately $37,000 per fiscal year, minus the cost of repairs, not to exceed $35,000, with all improvements becoming the property of the District at the end of the lease term.
