14-1627 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract between District and Universe Painting, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to paint interior of gym and adjoining rooms immediately adjacent to and accessible from the gym, in conjunction with the Edna Brewer Gym Painting Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work to be completed within fifteen consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed, in an amount not to exceed $48,913.00.
