14-1626 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and West Bay Builders / Digital Design Communications / Eclipse Electric Joint Venture, Novato, CA, for the latter to furnish labor and material to provide Pre-Construction Services including but not limited to Construction Documents and Scheduling Review, Value Analysis, Project Planning, Design and Construction related activities, in conjunction with the Foster Elementary School Central Commissary Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing July 1, 2014 and concluding no later than July 1, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $242,440.00.
