14-1625 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Ninyo and Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide special inspections associated with "Path of Travel" and the entry gate in conjunction with the Calvin Simmons Improvement and Career Tech Lab Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $12,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $196,386.00 to $208,386.00 and extending the Contract date of August 24, 2011 through February 8, 2014 to December 31, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
