14-1604 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and KDI Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Division of State Architect (DSA) closeout, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School DSA Closeout Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing May 15, 2014 and concluding no later than June 30, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $2,520.00.
