14-1602 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 between District and KDI Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Division of Architect (DSA) closeout in conjunction with the Castlemont High School DSA Closeout Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $2,750.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $4,770.00 to $7,520.00 and extending the Contract date of March 26, 2014 through July 14, 2014 to September 27, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
