14-1650 Approval of Employment Agreement with Brigitte Marshall, Chief Talent Officer - Office of the Superintendent, who will provide visionary leadership to the District's Human Resources Department and functions and optimize the District's ability to find, keep and grow top talent, foster an environment to attract, retain and motivate the workforce to promote student learning and achievement, develop and implement strategies, staffing and infrastructure to direct all aspects of human resources, talent recruitment, school support, and Educator Effectiveness, and implement technology products and information management systems for use by the District, and perform duties involving access to confidential employer-employee relations, for the term of August 1, 2014 to June 30, 2017, with an annual salary of $160,000.00.
