14-1568 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to: 1. Provide Mental Health services for clients that meet Medi-Cal eligibility requirements; 2. Monitor Medi-Cal eligibility; 3. Provide clinical support services at the school, which may include, but is not limited to: group counseling sessions, individual therapy sessions, and IEP/SST meetings; 4. Provide a report of service provisions to the principal; and 5. Meet with the principal to provide service updates at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period August 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
