14-1272 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Tamara Dukes, for the latter to work directly with principal and teachers in the project areas of Common Core Professional Development and Equity focused Executive Leadership Coaching, as stated in the Scope of work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $3,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 at Thornhill Elementary School, for the period August 26, 2013 through June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
