14-1590 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1) Mental Health services for clients that meet Medi-Cal eligibility requirements; 2) Monitor Medi-Cal eligibility; 3) Provide clinical support services at the school, including, but is not limited to: group counseling sessions, individual therapy sessions, and IEP/SST meetings; 4) Provide a report of service provisions to the principal and 5) Meet with principal to provide service update at Esparanza Elementary School, for the period September 3, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $1,750.49.
