14-1603 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and KW Engineering, Oakland, CA, for the latter to to provide Energy Audit services and Prop 39 assistance and prepare a Year-1 Energy Expenditure Plan, in conjunction with the Various Sites Prop 39 Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 13, 2014 and concluding no later than August 13, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $394,479.00.
