14-1591 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to 1) Provide Mental Health Services for clients that meet Medi-Cal eligibility requirements; 2) Monitor Medi-Cal eligibility;3) Provide clinical support services at the school which may include, but is not limited to group counseling lessons, individual therapy sessions, and IEP/SST meetings; 4) Provide a report of service provisions to the Principal; and 5) Meet with the principal to provide service updates, at Esperanza Elementary School, for the period of September 3, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $3,916.92.
