14-1066 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and COPYRITE dba Razvi Inc, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide a Consultant who will bind, print and deliver Open Court consumables/workbooks to all elementary schools and the District Textbook Warehouse, ensuring that all OUSD students have the required instructional materials on the first day of the new school year, for the period of April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $284,700.00.
