14-1056 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Hatchuel, Tabernik & Associates, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to assist the Family, School, Community Partnership (FSCP) Office to plan and prepare two competitive federal grant applications for the US Department of Education's Full Service Community Schools & elementary Counseling grant competition; work in partnership with FSCP to plan and develop a complete grant application package, including grant narratives, grant budgets and budget narratives, private school consultation narrative, memorandums of understanding and letters of agreement, and forms and attachments required by the US Department of Education; assist in editing and reviewing grant narratives developed by FSCP; provide quality assurance, and assist in online submission and packaging and submission of hard copies of the grant application, for the period of April 16, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
