14-1004 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Alternatives in Action, Oakland, CA, for the later to provide project coaches to the middle school extended day program necessitating 3 hours additional per day for line staff to work with youth, including programming in 1) arts program, 2) soccer program, and 3) a tutoring component, in the additional amount of $28,036.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $213,115.00 to $241,151.00, at Life Academy, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
