OUSD needs to hire a qualified instrumental music teacher for Skyline High School. We have not had satisfactory communications or service from the district. Why? It is the last week of school. This position requires work during the summer to prepare for a full schedule of classes and performances that begin early in the school year. It should be full time. Why was our original candidate, David Byrd, not allowed to transfer into the position. He is the best solution we have.
