14-0729 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Linda Orear, Orinda, CA, for the latter to provide 191.00 additional hours of Professional Development services for school site instructional and administrative staff; provide on-going professional development services that will enable teachers to provide a more effective instructional program and improve student academic achievement in curriculum areas of Reading Language Arts, Reading, and or Mathematics at St. Leo the Great School, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,977.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $6,298.00 to $15,275.00, for the period September 30, 2013 through June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
