14-0637 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Debbie Koppman, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 205 hours of arts integration teacher training and model lessons, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $10,252.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Contract from $15,800.00 to $26,052.00 at Sequoia Elementary School, for the period of October 15, 2013 through June 12, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
