14-0627 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Eagle Village Community Center Youth & Family Services, Oakland, CA, for the later to provide a Family Resource Coordinator to perform services described in the amended Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the After School Program at Westlake Middle School, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, in an additional amount of $14,464.19, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $87,805.00 to $102,269.19. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
