14-0391 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Kyra Rice, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 200 hours of garden education services to students and to manage the garden program, at an additional cost not to exceed $6,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Contract from $14,520.00 to $20,520.00 at Sequoia Elementary School, for the period of October 16, 2013 through June 12, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
