14-0835 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3 to Construction Contract with ADCO / Turner / Alten JV, Richmond, CA, for the latter to add water station power circuit and bench relocation; demo, grade and replace asphalt in lieu of grinding; added driveway AC scope; additonal grading and compation at aquaduct in conjunction with the Havenscourt New Cafeteria and Classroom Building in the additional amount of $96,172.00, increasing the Agreement from $11,571,724.00 to $11,667,896.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
