14-0691 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Mevident, Inc., South San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide instructors for onsite employee wellness programs as follows: five stress management seminars and ten Zumba classes, for one hour classes at Sojourner Truth ISP, Joaquin Miller, Grass Valley, Manzanita SEED, International Community Schools and a Zumba instructor who will run one hour classes for 10 weeks at Grass Valley Elementary School, through the Family, School, Community Partnership Department, for the period of January 29, 2014 through May 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $1,100.00.
