14-0683 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Conflict Corner, Antioch, CA, for the latter to provide intervention strategies for the prevention of interpersonal violence and to empower youth through teaching them conflict resolution skills which will assist them in functioning at home, socially, and within the community effectively, specifically to train 10 students to serve as conflict mediators and to identify and effectively intervene in conflict situations before or after physical violence of potential and actual interpersonal conflicts, on the Castlemont High School campus, for the period of February 3, 2014 through June 13, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
