    If we look back there was one charter school on the Hawthorne site. Then it was divided into two schools World and Achieve. Now it is returning to one school? What was what wrong with the previous change? Why would yet another change serve the interest of the students and community?
    Does the change create a new identification number and make the new school eligible for funding as a new school?
