14-0595 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and California Youth Outreach-Oakland Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Youth Intervention Specialist for an additional 50 hours of mentoring and case management services to accommodate the growing student population at Barack Obama Academy and Community Day School, for the period of September 1, 2013 through June 13, 2014, in an additional amount not to exceed $2,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $45,000.00 to $47,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
