L.-73 25-1093 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Parent Intern to support the social-emotional and academic development of families by helping to coordinate services and build stronger home-school connections, including assisting with the coordination of tutoring services in partnership with AmeriCorps, and collaborating with AmeriCorps staff and members to ensure families are informed and supported in accessing educational resources; help implement activities based on the Sown and Grown Reflection framework, using these tools to engage families in meaningful conversations around social emotional learning (SEL) and academic reflection, and as further describe in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of April 30, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
